Greenville, South Carolina Newborn Photographer | The Jones’s Triplets
I’ve been trying to find the words to adequately describe my experience with the little Jones triplets in ATL and keep coming up short. When I first joined TikTok over a year ago, I just thought it would be a fun place to share some BTS videos so people get a look at what I do and can share in my love for the job. Parents have loved the little clips of their babies and it’s fun to look back on. I never expect to have a huge following and you’ll probably never see me hamming it up for the cameras because that’s just not me but one unequivocal fact about me is how much I LOVE what I do; how blessed I feel to be chosen to capture the most precious gift(s) in your life and how special each & every baby is to me. All I could feel was gratitude. How privileged am I that this Mama happened to see one of my videos and chose ME to capture her sweet babies? I really do pinch myself most days.
The triplets’ sweet Mama found my videos on Tiktok and reached out because she wanted me to capture her babies. The only thing is - they live in Atlanta and a drive to Greenville would be too difficult with 3 preemies. So I told her I would see what I could do and reached out to a photographer in ATL that I admired/ trusted to see if it’d be possible to use their studio and have them assist with the babies. I was so grateful Zahara immediately welcomed the idea and we were going to be able to make this happen for this family. (Again, gratitude. I keep coming back to that.) I’m blessed to know many talented photographers and love the chance to work with another creative. We make each other better when we’re helping one another and that’s a gift.
My day began at 4:45 AM on a Tuesday to get ready to drive down to Atlanta for their session. I had my car loaded and carpool karaoke playlist ready to go so I hit the road by 5:30. I spent a combined total of 7.5 hours in the car that day and don’t regret a second of it because these babies were just the cutest, sweetest little ones for their modeling debut! I was so excited to finally meet them and am so pleased with everything we captured that day. With multiples, posing is always a little tricky and we take extra time to settle each baby so they’re comfortable throughout. Having help makes a world of difference! Micah, Megha, and Malakai exceeded all my expectations and gave me so much cuteness to work with.

With any session involving twins or multiples, I always try to focus on photos of the babies together while also taking the time to get some individual setups or poses since every baby is unique in their own way. These little ones were so content cuddled together and did great when we swaddled them for some solo images as well.
We finished up their session with a spa setup that Mom wanted for baby Megha while her brothers got their diapers changed. If only we could all be this relaxed! 🤣
And a couple fun BTS photos of me in my element with the babies. 😍
