Greenville, South Carolina Newborn Photographer | Mila’s Newborn Session
This sweet girl was absolute perfection for her newborn photoshoot! I nearly died when I saw that full head of dark hair and beautiful little face. 😍
I couldn’t wait to try out this precious little set from a talented vendor friend and matching miniature cup made by another. If you live in the South, Chick-fil-A and Target are pretty much staples. 🤣 I had a few ideas and her Mama was happy to let me bring my vision to life.
The little cow bonnet. The nuggets. The waffle fry. I. JUST. CAN’T. 😍
I never, ever get tired of seeing all the little baby rolls in these squishy little poses. Not sure what’s more adorable - the back rolls or her little toes? It is so important to capture every detail of your little one when they’re this tiny. They grow SO fast! Hiring an experienced newborn photographer is the only way to ensure you never forget a minute of those first few weeks with your baby. 💗
I had creative control over styling her session and got to use some newborn backdrops I hadn’t gotten the chance to photograph yet as well as colors that aren’t always chosen. I personally love jewel tones and this plum is one of my favorite sets!
Gray is also an underrated choice. It’s such a sweet, neutral shade for baby girls.
I couldn’t believe how many sets she let me get through in about 90 minutes. She was a dream baby!
Tiny beds and PJs will always be one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen. 🥰
This backdrop gave me serious Snow White vibes so I decided to roll with it. How sweet is it to see a tiny baby holding a tiny apple?
I had one last idea for my little Chick-fil-A baby and asked her Mama to trust my vision. It would be highly irresponsible for me to take a newborn into a public restaurant just for the sake of some photos (even pre-pandemic) but I wanted to find a way to bring Chick-fil-A to her safely. I reached out to my local restaurant and asked for permission to come shoot an empty setup or two in their restaurant that I could use for composite images with baby later. Then I posed baby safely at my studio and combined the images with a little Photoshop magic! So we “took a baby to Chick-fil-A” without ever leaving the studio. 🤣
