Greenville, South Carolina Newborn Photographer | Hunter’s Newborn Session

Baby boys have been few and far between during this recent baby boom - I’ve had so many little girls in the studio but each little guy I’ve been blessed to work with has been a nice change of pace. Baby Hunter was such a sweetheart for his newborn session! We got through so many different setups and he never made a peep.

His little pouty lips and soft blonde hair melted me! We started with froggy pose and transitioned through several different poses on two backdrops in about 20 minutes. He never made a peep!

I just love how certain poses show off all of baby’s little features and those little back rolls are just absolutely precious! 😍

Bucket setups are some of my favorites for newborns! Not only does it showcase baby’s face so well, but it’s also a sweet reminder of how small they were when they first came into this world. Newborns grow so quickly that it’s important to document this fleeting stage in your baby’s life.

Another staple for newborn sessions is a bed setup! Every parent adores how their little one looks snuggled up in a tiny bed and little PJs. Hunter was all too happy to kick back and relax. 🤣

Parent poses are a must for newborn sessions! I know sometimes it’s hard for Mama to feel camera-ready so soon after giving birth but trust me, you want those memories captured with your new baby! You will look back on those images as they grow and change throughout the years and some day your child will appreciate having those images as well.
